I'm a little tardy in sending this message but I wanted to pass on that the installers (Otha and Issac I believe) did a fantastic job putting in the granit for the wet bar as well as the hearth stone and bathroom vanity. Top notch from beginning to end.

I had a 9x4 sq.ft. slab installed today. For starters, there has been contractors in and out of my home since I moved in. Other than the general contractor, I have not met any "help" that I've felt comfortable having in my home. Today, your crew (Isaac, Otha? and two other gentlemen) arrived to install the granite slab. Not only was I comfortable with having them in my home, they were extremely professional and overall good conversationalist. They explained the install procedure, care instructions and helped me with future granite decisions. In the end, due to your employees professionalism and overall demeanor, I will continue to do work with Planet Granite. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

We want to thank you for recently fixing a “shoddy” install from a local installer. After having presented himself as an experienced, skilled granite installer, we contracted with Renslow tile, nka Spanish Moss Granite Co, Buena Vista. The seams were jagged and uneven. We asked before he left that it be fixed. His reply was “that’s the best I can do.” After living with constant rips in dish rags and even fingertips, we contacted you to remedy it. Your crew came promptly and was respectful, professional and made a huge difference. The seams are now invisible and not a threat to anyone.
Please feel free to use our name, especially to customers in the Chaffee County area who might make he same mistake we did by not going with your business, but an unskilled installer like Renslow. Planet Granite is to be commended, because there is nothing worse than having to fix someone else’s mistake, but you did and we are grateful.

I am sorry I am so late in thanking you and the rest for the final outcome of the countertops. I can't remember all the names of those who helped, but everybody was great! The gentleman who was understanding about the finish difference at a seam, Travis, was very willing to work out a solution. The sales rep who helped me pick out a replacement remnant that I was happy with gave me very patient time and interest in my decision making. The guys who came out and installed both times were so kind about fixing rough areas and trying to make the best of that annoying seam with lots of elbow grease while giving me solid advice that a re-do on that wall piece would very well make a big mess of the wall paper I treasure to keep. You were patient with my choices on a sink and with my desire to keep the cost down.

I can't thank you all enough! Great customer service with all the patience and effort to make my kitchen just right. I love the Verde Butterfly, love the light Oriental on the island( as it doesn't show the cloudy reflection of texture in natural light), and love the unique chiseled edge that you helped me afford because I liked it. Thank you so very much, Nicole, for my beautiful countertops!!

Hi Nicole,
I just wanted to extend a huge warm THANK YOU very, very much to you, Adam, Shane, Benny and Andrew for making my kitchen counter tops project happen before I left for Afghanistan!! I can not tell you how much I appreciate the hard work and coordinating that occurred to make this happen. The counter tops look AMAZING!

You help me get out of a bind with a competitor granite company that had done a terrible job on my kitchen remodel.
